Starter and Growth can be paid monthly or annually, and choosing annual billing saves 20% compared with paying month to month. Customers on monthly billing can switch to annual billing at any time.
Starter: $129 per month, or $99 per month billed annually
Starter is built for smaller municipalities getting started with AI-generated meeting minutes. On monthly billing it costs $129 per month, or $1,548 per year. On annual billing it costs $99 per month, billed once as $1,188 per year, a saving of $360.
The plan covers up to 5 meetings per month, 3 team members, and 3 boards or departments. It includes support, the Starter version of the Agenda Builder, export to .DOC or .PDF, and the ability to publish agendas and minutes on the municipality's website.
Growth: $299 per month, or $249 per month billed annually
Growth is designed for busier municipalities with more departments and users. On monthly billing it costs $299 per month, or $3,588 per year. On annual billing it costs $249 per month, billed once as $2,988 per year, a saving of $600.
Growth doubles or more than triples Starter's limits, with up to 10 meetings per month, 10 team members, and 10 boards or departments. It includes everything in Starter and upgrades the Agenda Builder to the Pro version. It also adds a customizable letterhead, so documents carry the municipality's own branding, and the ability to send notifications to subscribers when new agendas and minutes are published.
