ClerkMinutes has no maximum meeting length. We've seen towns upload meetings that ran for 17 hours. The only limit is the size of the file you upload.
Keep your file under 5 GB
Audio files are usually small enough even for very long meetings. Long video files can be larger, so compress the video before uploading if you need to.
Choose Short or Medium
For long meetings, the Short and Medium lengths give you minutes that are complete and easier to review. You can re-generate as many times as you need.
Work section by section
Use AI Actions to add detail to one section at a time, instead of re-generating the whole document. See "How to edit your minutes with AI Actions".
