What residents see on your public meeting page

Your public meeting page gives residents the recording, agenda, and minutes in one place.

Every meeting in ClerkMinutes can have a public meeting page. It's a simple way to keep residents informed without extra work.

What's on the page

  • Meeting details, so residents know what's coming up.

  • The video or audio recording, once you upload it.

  • The agenda, with timestamps that jump to each item in the recording.

  • Your minutes, once they're ready.

  • A chat assistant that answers residents' questions about the meeting.

Residents can't post comments on the page.

Edits show up right away

If you make a change to your minutes after sharing the page, residents see the update straight away. There's nothing to re-download or re-upload.

How to open your public meeting page

  1. Click Public page for meeting in the top right corner.

  2. Copy the link from your browser's address bar.

  3. Post the link on your website, or share it wherever residents look for meeting information.
